Great visual artist Philippe Parreno and Mikhail Rudy have lately worked together in four different projects : Palais de Tokyo/Paris (2014), Park Avenue Armory/New York (2015), Hangar Bicocca/Milan (2016), Fondation Serralves/Porta (2017). He was the musical director of the NYC exhibition, in which he gave live concerts daily, during the entire length of the two month exhibition.

Concert with Scriabin’s Prometheus at the Beyeler Foundation on November 4, 2016 .

Rudy’s success playing Scriabin’s Prometheus in Sabaneiev’s transcription for two pianos, accompanied by a light & coulour installation of Arotin & Serghei, led the Beyeler Foundation to exhibit the live recording of the concert as part of their Der Blaue Reiter exhibition until January 22, 2017. The performance is now shown to the public at the exhibition in its totality.

Invited by Irina Antonova, 94, who has been the Pushkin Museum legendary director for over 60 years. Mikhail presented his Mussorgski/Kandinsky Pictures at an Exhibition and Chagall, the Sound of Colours projects. It was in 1975 that Mikhail played in the Pushkin Museum for the first time, before Richter created his festival. He returned several times since then, on Richter’s invitation.
